A summer beach engagement session at Crystal Crescent

You know what’s a big treat when you’re a photographer?! Having clients that completely trust you. I mean from start to finish. And that’s exactly what I got from Julie & Connor when they signed up to work with me for their wedding this summer.

It’s such a wonderful feeling as a photographer to know that your clients have confidence in you. It allows us as photographers to do our best work. We can relax, have fun and this in turn always results in more creativity and beautiful photos.

Julie & Connor are a model couple for 2023 (I mean, look at them)! They were so comfortable with one another from the start. They barely needed prompts or cues (which is so rare) and they let me see a side of their relationship that is so special. We spent a beautiful, summer evening on Crystal Crescent beach together - one of my favourite coastal locations just outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Their adorable dog, Kita, joined us as well. It left us all feeling more excited and ready for their wedding, which is only a few short weeks away!
