Agricola Street Brasserie Wedding in Halifax

Lauren and Stefan’s fall wedding at Agricola Street Brasserie was the kind of celebration that reminds me why I love photographing weddings so much.

From the moment the ceremony began, Lauren and Stefan never left their guests’ side. They were fully present—hugging, laughing, crying, and soaking in every second. They made it clear to me from the start that they wanted the focus to be on the moments that matter most. Posed portraits took a back seat to real, candid memories. It was all about genuine emotion, connection, and being surrounded by the people they love the most.

And the emotions? They ran high in the best way. Big, happy tears. Full-body laughter. Quiet, heartfelt exchanges. Their joy was infectious, and photographing them was so easy. I laughed with them. I teared up right alongside them. By the end of the night, I truly felt like I had known them forever—which, I’m sure, is the way they make everyone feel.

Stephanie Brown from Skys The Limit Events did an incredible job planning the day with thoughtful, seamless touches, and the team at Agricola Street Brasserie went above and beyond to make the space feel warm and welcoming. It was the perfect setting for a couple who wanted an elevated but relaxed celebration in the heart of the city.

Lauren and Stefan—thank you for inviting me into your day. I’m so glad I got to witness and capture your beautiful connection!
